What papers does InterSALUD requires to legalize the supplies coming with the team?

We will need the following papers:

• A Notarized list of all the supplies ( medicines, tools, general supplies)
• A Notarized letter of donation from the Embassy in your country.
• A Notarized certificate for each participant ( For Medical professionals)
